Shaving off the inches, one by one

Ok guys, there are a few things I need you to take care of this week. D-Day is getting nearer and my blood pressure is getting dangerously high. I’m finalising your wedding menu with my chef, and I really think you guys are going to love it, especially the signature dish! I can’t wait for the tasting.

Speaking of food… John, did you eat an entire whale shark on Tioman?! That fitting session at the studio was a nightmare. How on earth did you gain so much weight in a week?

Actually, come to think of it, the real nightmare was the ‘alternative’ suit that the staff provided. I swear, it looks like a blue powder puff exploded on a normal suit and spewed out sequins and frills in its death throes. John, no pressure, but… unless you want to look like a Halloween version of John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever at the photo shoot, you have to drop those pounds, and fast. The shoot is in two weeks’ time, and all the other normal suits have already been rented out. It’s that, or the Blue Suit From Disco Hell. We can’t cancel the shoot and have it at a later date, because the deposit is non-refundable.

Otherwise, I think we’re good to go for your photo shoot! Norman and I have been working hard at scouting for locations that look and feel like Bali, and we managed to find some very picturesque locations on Sentosa. Don’t worry, Leng; we’re not going to make you take pictures with the giant Merlion

Leng, I need you and John to let me know which day this week you’re free for the cake tasting session. My pâtissier has come up with some really scrumptious creations for you – I think you’re both going to have a tough time deciding on just one cake, haha!

In other news, I am very pleased to announce that we are having John and Leng’s official engagement party at Leng’s place this Saturday Leng is whipping up some yummy chocolate desserts for us.. there goes my diet! Remember, guys, each of us is bringing a dish to the party…don’t forget! Ok, I have to run now (and so do you, John, haha), or I’m going to be late for my staff meeting.
